Every session focuses on fundamentals first—like proper sprinting, jumping, and lifting mechanics—before layering in high-intensity, age-appropriate progressions on our pro-grade turf. Led by specialized performance coaches, we meet athletes exactly where they are, helping younger players build foundational coordination and challenging older competitors to maximize their speed, agility, and power.

CONDITIONING CLASSES
Fundamentals | Grades 3-5 | CoEd
This high-energy weekly class focuses on mastering the essential mechanics of movement. The focus is on consistent repetition of proper running form, deceleration, jumping, and landing technique. It’s the perfect environment for younger athletes to build total-body coordination, core stability, and confidence at their own pace.
Advanced | Grades 6-8 | CoEd
This weekly class transitions athletes into purposeful strength development, acceleration, footwork, and reactive agility drills. Sessions incorporate targeted plyometrics and sport-specific conditioning designed to increase power and reduce injury risk.
Elite | Grades 9-12 | CoEd
This high-intensity weekly class emphasizes advanced force production, elite-level top-end speed, direction changes, and energy system conditioning The focus is on progressive loading, explosive power development, and injury-prevention strategies to keep athletes durable and dominant.
